GRASS ROOTS : LEARN OUR STORY
With family history tracing back to construction, building has always been in my bloodline.
Deciding to keep the tradition, I spent my days at a technical high school. There, I began crafting and learning skills to keep me busy throughout my life. Gaining real experience as we build basements, hung trusses on new sheds and added new additions to homes.
Transitioning to college, I secured my bachelors degree in Construction Management as I balanced school, work as well as being a former D1 Athlete, competing as a thrower in track and field, with the ability to leave records and bring change! During my time in college, I was able to travel the world to see sustainable cities built in odd conditions.
My work roots started in high school, were I was able to work front desk at a leading construction cabinet line company out of Hartford, CT.
GRASS ROOTS - PROFESSIONAL START :
Once graduating in 2016, I began to dig my boots in the dirt, learning from top companies and builders in the industry. From GCs, to CMs, Engineers to various types of project teams, I have had the opportunity to be apart of dynamic teams while helping them reach goals and targets that keep projects knocking at our door.
Today, in 2024, QME Docs was released. Never despise small beginnings! The top of the year, I had a client reach out to me from a previous project in which they got to see me shine, initially, QME docs, started from an email.
From a reputable company who knew my work ethic and ability to work amongst a team. We strived to always get a project done, the Architects reached out to me for a 6 month contract. They were so impressed, they signed me for an additional 6 months to finish the year.
THE SHIFT IS HERE:
We have now launch a company dedicated to contracts geared to meeting client needs and project deadlines. We strive to help teams by guiding them to the desired finish line. We at QME Docs understand how tight budgets get and how low we are on skilled and confident team members. We understand how the stress drive your PMs and PEs insane, and your accountants mad, as the industry remains to have high turn-over rates!
We help with that. We help with motivating the team while assisting with documentational completion services.
